The short version

This is a digital product delivered instantly. Because the files cannot be returned once downloaded, purchases are non-refundable once you have downloaded them, except where the law requires otherwise.

Before you buy

Please check the product page carefully — it lists every document included, states the file formats, and explains how delivery works. In particular:

• The Pack is supplied as editable Word files and printable PDFs. It is not supplied as Canva templates.
• It is a digital download. No physical item is shipped.
• It is a template pack, not legal advice.

If anything about the product is unclear before you buy, email us and we will answer before you purchase.

When we will refund

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You paid but never received working download access, and we could not fix it.
• The files are materially different from what the product page describes.
• Local consumer law gives you a right to a refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the order email address and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within one business day.

Please contact us first. Almost every problem can be solved faster by email than through a payment dispute.
